Our cake counters are located in selected Aeon supermarkets, drawing a diverse mix of races and cultures to our choice of cake products, where we constantly reinvent our products to bring you quality, variety and satisfaction in every bite!

Jean Lee Choi Kum

Marketing Director

Lee Choi Kum is responsible in the planning and execution of the innovative strategies and decisions in the business development. With a study background in bachelor of marketing and information systems, she reviews the changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of compeitors as well as the adjustment of the marketing plan if it is necessary.

Lee Chee Fei

Production Director

Lee Chee Fei has a study background in diploma in baking and baking management. WIth the knowledge acquired, he creates or refind production workflow to minimise error and bolster productivity. He is also responsible in establishing and enforcing production and quality standards. Not only that, he determine the strategic direction of a company’s manufacturing unit, setting the plan for products, processes, and factory to increase efficiency and profitability.

Tien Moy Too

Executive Director

Tien Moy Too has over 40 years of working experience in the baking industry. She act as a mentor to company leadership and provide valuable insights when creating business action plans. She handles the budget needs of the organisation and creates financial reports for stakeholders for review. She also creates successful fundraising for organizational as well as community-wide goals. One of her passion too is to interact with people and maintain positive relationships with vendors to get updated business information for the organisation.
