Eazi Car Sdn Bhd (EaziCar) is an e-hailing service based in Malaysia. EaziCar offers peer-to-peer ridesharing services and is launching operations in Iskandar Johor. Amid the rising popularity of ridesharing platforms in Malaysia and the rest of the world, EaziCar aims to stand out with its enhanced safety features, increased driver benefits and low cost.

Since the early days, people have been worrying about transport safety, e.g. drivers or passengers get robbed or even kidnapped.
Lack of benefits
As e-hailing gained popularity over the last several years, essentially anyone with a car can earn additional income and work as much or as little as they want. But with the more flexible work structure, e-hailing companies gave rise to unique challenges. Jobs in the sharing economy typically do not come with the benefits of the traditional ones, e.g. medical benefits,
Poor driver retention
A US report finds that only 3% of people signed up to drive with Uber are still driving a year later, partially due to increased competition from companies like Lyft.
Our solution is a mobile app that enables passengers to hail registered drivers and services, with a separate app to enable drivers to accept jobs from all over Malaysia. We provide more jobs with better benefits for car owners as drivers and cost savvy for passengers when living standard kept inflating when income is not.
Safety is a priority for us at EaziCar. With our enhanced tracking feature, we are always keeping an eye out for our passengers. We're integrating GPS tracking system with emergency buttons on our mobile apps. We will have specific safety features for children and the elderly that allows sharing of location data not only to PDRM and emergency services but also with chosen family members or friends.
Safe rides begin with safe drivers. We also perform a stringent verification and training process on our drivers to ensure passengers are in good hands.
EaziCar aims to incentivise drivers and minimise trade-offs when switching from more traditional forms of employment, by offering medical benefits to drivers who meet certain requirements.
