CL Technologies (International) Sdn Bhd was established in February 2019 as a technological solutions provider which focuses on technologies which improve lifestyle convenience and simplicity.

Recognizing the importance of staying charged and connected to your smartphone at all times in the current age. CL Technologies has developed its unique power bank sharing model, ‘V-Charge’, to address the common but crucial pain point of phone batteries running out of power at crucial times.

Our mission is to be Malaysia, and eventually South East Asia’s largest power bank sharing ecosystem, by focusing on simplicity and convenience in both our payment and usage processes for our V-Charge stations, situated across key locations in the Klang Valley.

Why Are We Different

No Upfront Deposit for Users

We are the only power bank rental station in the market that charges users zero deposit. Survey shows 63% of people are not inclined towards paying an upfront deposit.

Convenient and Portable Size

Our compact-sized Brezze stations cater to all sizes of premises and allow our partner merchants to place our V-Charge stations wherever they think is most convenient.

Worldwide Presence

The V-charge brand is getting its name out there with stations already present in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Our Revenue Model

CL Technologies (International) Sdn Bhd has develop V-charge’s software and has secured assets of 600 units of V-Charge power bank rental machines, and over 6000 units of Power Banks, which have been deployed across F&B outlets, 24 hour laundries, spa centers, mamak stores and shopping malls situation across the Klang Valley.

V-Charge users rent a Power Bank at Point A, and return it to Point B, with a low rental fee of only RM 1.00 per hour, up to a maximum rental of RM 10.00 for 24 hours.

Our Market Opportunity

According to iResearch, the market size of China’s power bank sharing sector recorded almost 100 million yuan in 2017 and is projected to hit 330 million yuan in 2020. An investment carnival in 2017 saw five power bank rental startups attract over 20 investment institutions, together pooling a staggering RMB 300 million (US$ 43 million) of investments in a single month.
