Introduction

Ecotech Sales & Services Sdn Bhd does retail, wholesale, installation, service and repair of various types of air conditioner system. Founded in 2011, Ecotech has since accumulated  many air conditioner brands distributorship, authorised service partners dealership and original equipment manufacturer spare part centre. Currently, Ecotech is involved in many air conditioner projects installation and buildings service maintenance work.

The Challenge

Currently, the air conditioner maintenance service market is very conventional, with a small proportion of technicians having any online presence. It is a hassle to find and hire qualified professional air conditioner technicians to service and repair your air conditioners. Jobs are transacted based on returning customers, word of mouth or locating air conditioner stores. Depending on referrals from acquaintances is very time consuming. Therefore the opportunity arises to provide professional air conditioner services for the Malaysian market with ease and convenient via similar apps like Uber.

We have also partnered with Sapura Research for air conditoner installation for their 300 telecommunication cabins throughout Malaysia.

The Team

Yeo Weng Keong

Founder & Director

Yeo graduated from Multimedia University with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He went on to work in the HVAC industry learning technical sales and distributor sales knowledge. In 2010, he obtained his MBA from University of Southern Queensland. In 2011, he founded Ecotech and is responsible for the day-to-day running and development of the company gaining valuable HVAC business experience and important connection network.

Benny Yeo

Technical Director

Benny graduated from Multimedia University with an Electronics Engineering degree majoring in Robotics. He is highly technical in programming and coding utilising his experience and knowledge in Deep Learning (Neutral Network) and Artificial Intelligence in Text and Image feature recognition to enhance his Visual Basic Application, C++ and Java programming. He will oversee the development of the App and Platform.

Manson Khoo

Marketing Director

Manson graduated from Multimedia University with a Marketing degree. He is in charge of the marketing of company products online and offline. Jovial and street smart are his key attributes in executing company marketing activities. Highly driven in performance and achievement.
